On October 9, 1959, the Petroleum Transport Co. ceased to operate and was taken over by Indianhead Truck Lines, Inc. The respondent Conley commenced his employment with Indianhead Truck Lines on October 9, 1959, the same day Petroleum was taken over by Indianhead.
